Biggest piece of **** with no customer service

Hisense is the worst! Bought a 18kg washing machine that can't even handle a small basket of washing. Technicians came out twice, argued with me until I proved to them the washing machine doesn't spin. Still they say maybe try a smaller load or maybe the clothes is too hard or maybe the filter that they cleaned themselves before i put the load in, was too dirty. Point is they dont want to take back their **** machine, instead forcing you to sit with the problem. I have a fridge from Hisense aswell, makes the worst noises. Never buy Hisense, its **** and they refuse to take back their nonsense.
