Be warned, their support sucks. Horrible experience with Hisense Customer Care

My Hisense smart TV is now refusing to live stream, i have checked with DSTV and my ISP who responded promptly and both confirmed that issue is with Hisense built in DSTV app..I have been requesting assistance from Hisense for 2 weeks now, no one has been to my home to reprogramme the TV to date..i am extremely disappointed with their service. I keep on calling for updates and u get told that someone will come.
