Bad very bad customer service

I purchased a fridge on the 18th Nov, it was delivered on the 20th, the top door doesnt close properly, it had not worked from day one, Hirch's has been taking me from pullar to post, I have been waiting for 9 days now to come look at the fridge, no one takes this issue serioulsy, why did I huy a fridge if I didn't need it, everyday I wait for someone to come fix the fridge and it doesnt happen, I am soo tired of this bad , very bad service
