Bad technician

I lodged a complain about my washing top lpader machine 3 weeks ago even today i havent got any call or anything from Hisense

I called them today and i was told that the technician who was suppose to come and fix my machine has no reason why he didnt come

The is no accountability and professionalism here Now am using my hands to do the laundy why i have the machine next to me but hisense technicians decide not to come
