bad substandard factory fault

please think twice before buying this dishwasher. not even 18m in the racks have started to disintergrate through rust, we have followed all guidelines, there is no way a product should need a R2200 replacement rack 18 months in. the company covers themselves in fine print against rust, and is therefor able to use inferior materials and get away with it, infact it makes one wonder about their other products, not a pleasant experience dealing with them, certainly lost a customer in our family. i have read this is a common problem. the honest thing to do would be recall the rack,
