Bad Services

Hisense Spares Department: Really not good services. Tried to order a part for my Hisense Dishwasher no response from them for more than a week. After several emails and calls. I finally receive a response form AEK Appliances. Got the quote, paid the amount, and after a week still no part and all that they can say is that they are busy with stock taking. Will never buy a Hisense product again. Bad services.
