Bad Service on Repair of One Year Old Dishwasher

A call was logged a month ago regarding my dishwasher that dead short just all of a sudden. First ref number the dishwasher was collected and call was closed in April comment "pc board replaced". Let me tell you this is or must be some story as this was not done. Dishwasher was brought back and immediately dead short again. Dishwasher was taken again and only received yesterday with same issue. After I had to keep on following up trying to find out what is going on. The technician left it yesterday as his comment was "it is working and was tested". Nonsense as we showed him with a different plug it does exactly the same. I phoned and complained as was told they can only use the same company and will as a senior technician to assist. I don't want these people. They already damaged my one-year-old dishwasher and know have to again after a month let them collect it again. I want this to be escalated and want a call from a senior. If no call by Monday on what they are going to do I Will go to "hello Peter" and if I must report this further I will do so.

I hope someone is taking this serious as this will go to media that no service received.
