Bad service Hisense.

Hi there, Please help me , I received a very bad bad bad service from Hisense. On the 30th of June 2022, i purchased a washing machine from Game South gate, Second week of January 2024 my washing machine started to leaking underneath, I sent mail to Hisense explaining my problem on the 11th of February 2024, they responded on the 15th of Feb 2024. The Technician came on the 28th of February , He detected the problem stating that there's a broken pipe, then he'll order the pipe and come back within 4 working days. Today I received a massage stating that the" Hisense repair *** is Categorized as completed repair. The I called the number attached with the massage for enquiry, the person who received the call was so very defensive and aggressive he didn't even give his name. Q
