Bad Service Greenstone and Hisense

Game Greenstone together with Hisense have been bad. They have been sending us from pillar to post about, we've logged a call for a fridge door since 28th June, it is still under warranty No tech has attended and we've called both Game and Hisense for update and they are both saying they are waiting for the other. It is ridiculous!
