Bad service from technicians sent

I bought a brand new hisense Washing machine through take a lot, went through all reviews and was pleased then went for it...the machine arrived ,removed transportation bolts and then the machine was installed only to find out it is leaking underneath. Hisense sent some technician(Kabelo) from Prince technician who l absolutely do not agree with his findings he advised thats its the first time coming across such,he's never seen such but he assumed that the machine was used before transport bolts were removed, Forgods sake thats why l went to takealot ,l already new what to do as soon as l got the machine and went through the manual. This guy wants to send me a quotation to replace the drum since its has a huge hole, one of the bolt was already bent upon removing them and l showed him, he dud even bother taking a picture ..apparently l have to pay another amount of money for a brand new machine which was never used before forgods sake.

This is unacceptable and l believe hisense can do better with their technicians

Hisense can get better technicians really who knows their story. I have other appliances with hisense and l always buy from hisense because l believe in it and never came across such..l really need this to be sorted out because l would hate to discontinue being hisense's customer.
