Bad service from Hisense specialists

I bought a hisense U40 lite phone from Edgars October last year. almost a year later it gave me a problem with charging, I then send it back to Edgars as it was still on warranty. The specialists from Hisense refused to fix it as per Nabeel from Edgars however they ended up taking it in. They confirmed the phone had a battery problem and gave a new battery. Got the phone used it for a day or so and it went low on battery when charging it same thing happened NOT CHARGING AGAIN till today. I sooo hate HISENSE
