Bad service from hisense service dapartment

I have logged a call with regards to a fridge door repair in December with the service department of Hisense. However, they did not have any stock. I have spoken to a manager with the promise from her to phone me back. I have been phoning and phoning and still no help!! It is now May and no feedback as yet. This is very bad customer service and I will never promote hisense to anyone. I have even communicated with the technician on whatsapp. I hope that someone in hisense that cares about their product and name sees this and investigate their service department as this is not a good reflection on the hisense name.
