Bad service from Hisense

I have a 58 inch Hisense TV which went faulty last month It was still under the 4 year warranty. It took Hisense 3 weeks to collect TV. Now l am being sent from pillar to post by them and on top of that they are making excuses not to fix. This is the last Hisense l will own in my lifetime
