Bad service from Hisense

The worst had a problem with my front loader washing machine that gave me problems in less than 6 month, still under warranty, called them they keep telling me technician will come to check the problem it's been two weeks, still no technician and I'm stuck with a broken washing machine. I've called multiple times, emailed still no assistance. Very bad service do not buy from them they are a headache never again.
