bad service from HISENSE

I BOUGHT A TV CASH ON THE 26 NOVEMBER 2024, only to have lines form across the screen less than 3 weeks later The supplier booked a cal with HISENSE, who sent a technician. It is now end of January 2025 and NOTHING? What am I supposed to do? when will I get a new tv? horrible service
