Bad Service From Hisense

After getting bad service from Hisense Sales Holdings Centurion I contacted Hisense sales Bedfordview only to receive the same bad service. They delivered a washing machine door with no *****s and no handle and the glass was small and not fitting on the door. After communicating to them about this they have been quite and not responding to my emails.
