Bad service from hisense

These peoples service is very very bad. I am struggling just to get a battery for my phone. Went to Bedfordview branch. Lady there is very friendly but they don't keep spares there. Woodmead branch have one battery in stock but its too far from me so I called and asked if they can post or courier they said no only cape town branch. So I send cape town an email and they have not responded. Really if this is how you treat your customers I don't want to be your customer anymore.
