Bad service at Bradlows and Hi sense

I've bought a Hi sense tv from Bradlows 7 months ago,then it just stopped working.Between Bradlows and Hi sense I've been battling for almost 4 weeks now,even phoning their head offices,but no joy.Really bad service at Bradlows Carletonville Mall,as well as Hi sense service dept,and Hi sense brags about their position worldwide.I am very sorry I didnt buy a decent product like LG or Samsung.
