Bad service and products

I have lost all my trust in Hisense products. After 3 year of having a t.v from them it broke. This is the second t.v from them that I have that does not last. Also had a phone from them that did not even last 3 months and I have a soundbar bought almost a year ago that I still cannot find rear speakers for as advertised on their website.

After taking my t.v to their offices in Bedforview, I got and email from some lady saying that my t.v is out of the 3 year warrenty period, but on the slip I got from Hi Fi corp it clearly states that there is a 4 year warrenty on the t.v. Their customer support sucks as no answers the phone take almost 2 days to reply to an email... Clearly Samsung has the advantage here. Hisense sucks and I will never ever get another product of them even if it is a bar of soap, that wound even work probably and you will need to wait 14 working days for them to figure out why the soap cannot wash.
