Bad Service and Part ****** from my TV, never buy from them

I bought my TV at Game. had it for 4 years just after a few months like 4 month after it warranty expired. switch my TV on in the morning it came on but not picture. I check it I saw screen was black however i could see that inside screen when i use my phone flash the TV was playing. Called Hisense repair centre they gave me number to call Micro Park/part i think that the repair centre they use in Durban. took the TV to them Bonga the technician i believe checked it said it should be black light that need to be replaced. left my tv after 4/5 day got SMS from Hisense saying Job is done. called them to find out how much the job cost. they just told me if cant be fixed. when i ask them what the issue, they just said it broken cant be fixed. So last week i went to pick it up. just when I'm home I realize that my TV is no longer coming on. and they is no power buttons any more. Been trying to get hold of them the Phone is always busy. I am so disappointed because i really thought sanding the TV back to it Manufacture repair centre was going to be the best thing to do. I guess they decided to take some of my part for there benefits. I will never recommend anyone to buy Hisense anymore :-(
