Bad service and investment

Really disappointed with the service. Last year my partner and i bought a washing machine front loader. In 12 months the machine broke about 3 times. On the 3rd time, we were told the warranty is voided. He requested a quote so we can have it fixed still no constructive response, it has been 2 weeks now.
