Bad service and bad product, highly do not recommend

Really dissapointed, bought my first ever brand-new hisense washing machine less than a year ago. Its been giving me endless problems from the beginning, leaking water, the technician had tried to fix it on atleast 3 separate occasions. I recently complained again because my problem was still not resolved and all communication went dead, so the technician arrived again last week Tuesday to take the machine. Its now one week later, I don't have a machine ,no communication from anyone and a huge backlog of clothes to be washed. Why do I deserve such *** service? I feel as if I've purchased someone's old junk, no one is really interested in helping, no empathy from hisense, no replacement and no communication. I will never buy hisense again.
