Bad service
My TV has vertical line and I took it for repairs because it's still under warranty and now you telling me that you canceled repairs because you found ****roaches, how am I supposed to stop them from entering the TV and how to ****roaches cause vertical lines?I need answers and I need my TV repaired or refund me because what you telling me is nonsense because this is how you reap off people.

because now your techs want a whole R250 just to asses before the quote, then how did the come to a conclusion that it was damaged by ****roaches if they only going to asses it now?
