Bad service

I will not use any game stores again and buyany Hisense products. Hisense will not even help with the washing machine we bought at game store the glass burst on its own and the mashine was not on at the time the glass burst . Thank goodness we where not home with our 1 year old child. Hisense and game don't not wanna take responsibility for there product. I will never buy any electrical Hisense products again.
