bad service

i wish i had read reviews about hi sense before i bought my washing machine,i bought it at ok 4 months down the line its faulty reported it to the shop where i bought 3 weeks ago till to date i have not been assisted.I have tried to call Hi sense call center yesterday to no avail,sent an email to them for assistance they asked for my contacts but no one has called to assist me with my problem
