Bad service

Poor service offered by Hisense customer service. My TV is still in warranty and I'm struggling to get updates about it, when you call them you get annoyed agents who don't greet you well and will never provide full update I just have to wait for sms when my TV is fixed. Mnxm I'm fed up with them
