BAD SERVICE

BAD SERVICE!!!! I reported a faulty washing machine. I received a ticket number on email. I was requested to provide an knvoice. I obtained same from the store at which the item was purchased and sent it to HI sense. They are now asking for the correct invoice. The item was bought on account. WHAT INVOICE DO YOU WANT????????
