Bad service

Am sitting with a dead smart TV till today after I was told that a technician would contact me but to no luck I feel we getting a **** service from hisense SA as Africans I a year the TV is dead after saving money for a year to buy it am truly disappointed wish they could just give me my money and take ther s****.
