Bad service

I bought a hisense machine on the 27th of July and it’s leaking on the pipe inlet, where the pipe gets in from the tap, there’s water all over been reporting and calling since last Friday and I’m not getting assisted. Bought the machine at OK furniture Daar****rt in Pretoria
