Bad service

I'm not happy about the service I received from Hisense , I bought a washing machine on the 20.06.2021 then in November 2020 it started giving me problems the door automatically locked . The technician came to fix the door but it did the same thing in December , the technician change the door lock now my washing mashing has no power .

I sent emails and they respond ed by asking the repair reference number *** I sent it but thereafter I never received any feedback from them they just ignore my emails. I don't don't understand why they busy with my repairing my washing machine I expected to be replaced because it was less that 6 months when it started giving me problems. I will never trust Hisense product anymore please assist by giving my money back and stop repairing my washing machine it means everything month it will be repaired as you are doing no
