Bad service!

We bought a Hisense Fridge from Makro it is 4 months old now. Anti frost, all the jazz. When we had the fridge for a month the water dispenser started leaking, we logged a query through Makro and it was replaced. Then our fridge started to create frost and we discovered the freezer door does not seal properly. We then logged another query through Makro, it is more than 3 weeks ago and it is at a point where we can no longer open the top drawer in the freeze compartment. We have gotten such poor service from Hisense with the technician not pitching up for appointments or is just an hour or more late. We don’t want a Hisense anymore, the fridge is 4 months old and we have had so many issues...
