Bad service

I am not a happy client. my Hisense fridge has been repaired more than 4 times. I demanded refund or exchange but I am told they need to fix the compressor. I am disgusted with the service. the query is long-standing and the reception I am getting is bad. I am threatened that the query will be closed if I continue demanding refund or exchange.
