bad service!!

<p>I bought a 65" hisense smart series 7 tv on Sunday. I messaged them on fb with no reply after they read it and 3 times after that and my last question is why dont they reply? i left a comment on their wall. I called customer service who gave me the wrong number then i called again to call another number. The woman who helped me couldnt find the tv make after 20 min she said someone will call me back and no one did. I also emailed then with no repsonse. Who does business like this???? </p>
