Bad quality prioduct

I am not happy with the quality of Hisense products. I bought a T.V two years ago and in this two years it is the second time it breaks. The first time they came to fix the t.v it was done quickly, now you need to jump through hoops just speak to someone. I have registered my t.v o their on their website but still you need to jump through hoops. I am really disappointed in the quality of their product and service.
