bad product hisense tv

my call is for people living in durban to not buy hisense tv because there is no after sales outlets here except in jhb and cape town,to top it all i was motivated by the hisense rep not to buy any other brands but the hisense,my tv worked for only 6 months out of a 5 year guarantee and now the screen has full of lines.
