BAD CUSTORMER SERVICE!!

I bought a 70'' TV last week and I'm still not able to set it up. The thing doesn't even coming on! I've called the call center, sent emails and now even I even have the WhatsApp chat but my issue still isn't addressed. It's going for 2 weeks now with an expensive TV my family can't watch!! Please come sort this out or refund my money!! What happened to customer services, technical support and after sales support? Or are we only good for our money?
