Bad customer services

I bought Hisense stove and oven separately because I wanted gas/electrical stove from Take a Lot on the 17 March 2026 on upon the arrival I noticed that the oven has its stove. I contacted Take n Lot and was advise to contact directly Hisense company, and I did contacted them via numerous emails and phone calls but unsuccessful. I went back to Take n Lot if they can assist me and they promised to send an email that will assist me up on this date nothing I’m here having 2 Hisense stove
