Bad customer service from Hisence
I have a problem with my TV from hisence so when I took it back to the shop where I bought it, they call the guy from hisence and he said to them he can't help me I have to buy a box(switch orsomething box). How can I buy that box if my guarantee still on. Hisence doesn't treat the customer well I will never buy anything from hisence ever.... Never ever.
