Bad customer service

I purchased a fridge in 2018, in the beginning of jan 2020 I called them as the rubber on the fridge was breaking, someone came to see and said the part would be order , on 28 jan I called again and was told they are still waiting for the part, I called this week and am told the part arrived on 30 jan but still no one has let me know anything or when they will come no one returns calls either , service is pathetic can someone plz sort this out already
