Bad customer service.
I have had a problem with a new washing machine i bought the soap dispenser stopper is missing Hisense gave me a new Wishing machine and this one has the same issue. I contacted them the same day it was delivered and raised my concern this was on 04/06/2024 i sent multiple mails to Zandile Nsibanda , ****ne Kapata and then Customer care on 10/06/2024 and i have had no response from anyone. So i am assuming they are now refusing to assist me because i am met with deadly silence.
