Bad customer service

I'm not happy with their service. I lodged a complain with hisense in April 2021 with regards to their front loader machine that I bought on takealot February 2021. I received an email stating that they will call me back in April to this day I haven't been contacted. I can't use the washing machine because it makes a lot of noise and the clothes come out dripping wet. I'm really struggling right now I don't know what to do, I bought the machine cash but I'm very disappointed. I regret ever buying their product.
