Bad Customer Service

I bought a high end French Door Fridge from Game Stores,Westwood Mall on the 1/10/2021.The plastic gear inside the freezer compartment broke about a month ago so I phoned the sales/spares customer careline for clarity on the broken gear and they stated that it's out of warranty.I said No problem ...so I asked the consultant could they send me a part list for my fridge which they did.I emailed the spares/sale Department with the exact part number which I required and asked them for a quote so that I could make payment.The rail on the first shelve inside the freezer compartment ended up coming off the fridge.A month later with no response whatsoever,Hisense has pathetic service values..I'm sitting with a high end fridge with no dam spares that I am willingly to pay for but nobody can assist me as we do not have a walk in service centre in Durban,only in JHB and CPT.I will never ever in my life buy Hisense prodyct again Again.I will inform my family members and friends about my experience about Hisense.
