Bad customer service

Such terrible customer service from Hisense. Been without a TV for 2 weeks. Hisense then dropped off the TV by my premisis informing that the repair is not possible. Now I need to take the TV back to the store where I purchased it and they will then logba call back to Hisense to credit me, like really
