Bad Bad service

My parents TV broke middle of May 2024, we've been trying to get the TV replaced, it is under guarantee, but do not have any luck. They keep on promising to phone back, that the unit will be delivered, etc. This is the worst service I had in my life. My parents are 85 and 90 years old, live in Polokwane and I don't know what else to do to help them.
