Bad after-service

I have reported my TV on 5 May 2020 to Hifi Corporation where I bought it. It is still under warrantee. To date NOBODY has even attempted to come and repair my TV. 2WEEKS today.

Please attend to this matter ASAP. I just get promised every time I phone Hisense.
