BAD AFTER SALE SERVICE

Im highly upset with the service from Hisence. In June 2021 I bought a washing machine. Last week my spinner did not want to turn. The machine wash but the drum DO NOT turn. I phoned in last week Wednesday and the lady advise me to send an email with the problem as well as proof of payment. This I did. I did also explained what’s wrong and also confirmed the back filter is clean as I clean this once a week and the filters in the machine after each day of washing. On Friday I was not contacted yet so I called the call center again and were advised that the technician will be coming on Monday. Monday around 12 I called in again and the lady contacted the contractor who said they will be coming on Monday. Monday came and Monday went and no repairs. So this morning I phoned the call centre again and were advised the will come today. It is now almost 5 o clock and still nothing. Each time I called in the consultant call the contractor and he say ok he will call me in the next 20 to 30 min, which he never does. Today I was only able to get hold of him once.

If I know your service is like this I would have never bought an Hisence. I will truly NOT recommend Hisence
