Avoid Hisense Products

Never buy Hisense unless you are happy to replace the item if it fails. We have been trying for 2 months to source a replacement compressor for our Hisense double door fridge freezer. Absolutely useless service from Hisense, no reply to emails and no follow up.

We waited for two months for a part which was never actually in stock, despite being advised that it was. Now we are told that stock ‘should’ arrive sometime in October.

Having spoken to other people, this is a common experience with Hisense. Based on our experience, I suggest you buy another brand. Which is exactly what I intend to do.

Hisense, don’t bother with your automated ‘we will be in touch with you’ email, unless you can actually resolve the issue.
