Avoid hisence. Not wurth the risk

I have a 10kg front loader washing mashine. Issue is that it is a year old and the glass burst while doing a drum clean( function as from factory). Warentee was VOID by Hisence due to technicality on the phone conversation - Hisence did not even come out to verify. This is after a week of back and forth. Emails go unanswered and phonecalls do not get returned. There is absolutely no customer service from this company. This seems all just excuses as Hisense actually do not have the part is stock for me to even buy it if I wanted too and can not tell me when they will have stock. SO there is the real reason why the warentee is not honored. I will never support the brand again nor recommend it. What ever reason things break, when no parts are availible you are in for a whole new mashine.
