Atrocious service Hisense!!

Absolutely Atrocious experience!!

We ordered a washing machine online and the service since then was **********.The machine broke within 4 uses.We logged a call out from a service centre.They were supposed to call to arrange pickup/service check.I received a message telling me the I, the customer, had cancelled the check.I phoned them to enquire, they informed me that they don't do our aread, the woman said I have to hold on , and she would see if she could find one.She then hung up on me.Hisense, you shoul be ashamed of your service and personel!And now it looks as if your products quality is also declining.
