Atrocious service

The service times are horrible and the technicians they use do not know how to repair the devices. My TV broke more than 3 weeks ago and until today I still do not have it in my possession because every day it is a different excuse about why it hasn't been repaired or what is taking so long. Definitely not coming back to this brand.
